Cancellation Policy
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation; this must be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of the reservation option date.
- The balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival. If the actual length of stay is shorter than the reserved period, the daily rate—including amenities and the number of guests—must be paid for all days originally reserved.
- By making the reservation, the customer accepts the rate indicated therein; no further discounts will be applied.
- The deposit will be refunded, minus 10%, in the event of cancellation with a minimum of 30 DAYS’ notice from the arrival date.
- TThis reservation guarantees a spot: the exact location of the spot will depend on the areas available at the time of arrival and will only be communicated then; the specific unit number is not guaranteed.
- Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
- Accommodations may not be occupied by a number of people exceeding the maximum occupancy indicated.
